Successful Vascular and Skin Treatment with the K2 IPL Machine: A Case Study on Enhanced Client Experience and Technological Efficacy

On April 16, 2023, Mr. Li contacted our company to schedule a visit for April 18, expressing his keen interest in experiencing our most popular device, the MULA, which had captivated him with its design during the Beauty Expo. Upon his visit, Mr. Li toured our factory and R&D department before arriving at our showroom, where he learned about the origins, core technology, unique features, and wave plate technology of the MULA. Impressed by the device's distinctive appearance and mature technology, Mr. Li was eager to experience it firsthand.

In our treatment room, Mr. Li expressed a specific need for treating his wife's leg telangiectasia, which had not responded well to other treatments they had tried. We used the K2 device with selective wave plates (515 and 560) tailored to address superficial and deeper vascular issues, respectively. The treatment involved cleaning the area, taking pre-treatment photos, applying a gel, and using a φ10*10 precision head. Starting with the 515 wave plate, we treated the more superficial vessels with settings adjusted to pulse number 2, pulse width 4, pulse interval 2, and energy 20. Mr. Li noted a stinging and warm pricking sensation, which was bearable. After this initial treatment, the superficial redness was visibly reduced, though it induced significant pain that was still tolerable for the client.

Next, we switched to the 560 wave plate for the deeper, thicker redness, maintaining similar settings but adjusting the energy to 18. After five sessions, the deeper redness had significantly diminished, and the skin showed mild swelling and pronounced redness, which we immediately soothed with ice packs. The cooling helped alleviate the warmth and swelling, improving the skin’s overall appearance.

Post-treatment, Mr. Li and his wife were highly impressed with the results, boosting their confidence in future collaborations with our company. Before leaving, they requested a commemorative photo to mark their enjoyable visit.

This session not only demonstrated the effectiveness of our IPL laser and photofacial machine in treating vascular and skin rejuvenation issues but also underscored its potential in skin whitening treatments and acne management. The successful outcome has proven our device's capability in delivering advanced IPL treatments for acne scars, skin whitening, and vascular laser treatments, setting a high standard for future patient care and collaboration.
